1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use itsnotai.
3. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all artwork you upload.
- You grant itsnotai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the platform.
- You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- You may not upload illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
4. AI Detection
Every upload is analysed by itsnotai detection engines. The "not AI" certificate is issued based on algorithmic analysis and is not a legal guarantee. Certificates may be revoked if later found to be inaccurate.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to game or circumvent the AI detection system.
- Scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access without permission.
- Harassment, spam, or abuse of other users.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU law. For data protection matters, the GDPR applies.
